Nathan Orr – Owner

Nathan was born in Lancaster, TX and has been in the HVAC industry for 26 years working as an HVAC installer, Service Technician, and Service Manager until he opened Republic Heating and Air Conditioning 15 years ago. His experience and industry accolades include TACL, Amana, Trane, Carrier, and Ruud certifications. Nathan currently lives in Red Oak, TX with his wife Candice and when he is not making sure your home is the perfect temperature he is restoring old cars, playing soccer or spending time with his 2 grown children Olivia and William.

Angie – Human Resource Director

Angie started her career in Human Resources right here at ReDpublic Heating and Air Conditioning 15 years ago! She lives in Ovilla, TX with her boyfriend and spends her spare time with her friends and family.

Stacy – Office Manager

Stacy was born in Dallas and raised in Waxahachie, TX area for 37 years. She brings over 20 years HVAC experience to Republic Heating and Air Conditioning along with a certificate in Business Administration. When she is not working she loves spending time with her husband and 2 children Jeremiah and McKayla.

Cassie McLaughlin – Customer Service Representative

Cassie has over 20 years of customer service experience and holds a certificate in accounting. She is an author and motivational speaker who enjoys reading, journaling, and spending time with her family.

Tracy Allen – Customer Service Representative

Tracy is a dedicated Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and creating a personalized experience with every call. She believe in listening, understanding each customer’s needs, and making sure they feel valued and supported. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys traveling, bowling, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Randy – HVAC Service Technician

Randy is a native Texan and has lived in the Midlothian area for over 20 years. In the HVAC industry for over a decade he has a varied list of credentials including TDLR contracting license, HVAC certification and even his CDL! When he is not working he likes all things Texas such as hunting, fishing, biking, and building classic cars.

Jerome Bunton – HVAC Service Technician

Jerome has been married to his wife Jaz’men for 10 years and they have 2 boys Oaklynd and Kortlynd. After graduating from Langston University in 2013 he began a career in finance for just under 8 years. He recently decided to pivot from an office job and instead get involved in the trades and landed here at Republic. Jerome has been an HVAC Technician for just over 2 years and currently training under Republic’s senior HVAC Technician Randy. He loves traveling with his family, watching football and grilling steaks. He enjoys helping people and will make this his highest priority when serving you and your family.

Mark Kays – Outside Sales

Mark Kays brings 10 years of sales experience with a strong focus on customer relationships, home improvement solutions, membership and maintenance agreements, and sales training. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for delivering excellent customer service while helping homeowners find solutions that fit their comfort needs, goals, and budget.

Mark has completed multiple sales and communication training programs and has extensive experience in client retention, relationship building, and closing strategies. As a Certified Home Comfort Specialist, he is passionate about creating a positive customer experience and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their home service needs.

A unique part of Mark’s background is his Associate Degree in Fire Science, which reflects his long-standing interest in safety, technical systems, and serving others.

David Lee – HVAC Service Technician

David is a real go getter and ready to tackle any job we through at him with a smile and precision. His 3 years experience in the HVAC industry has taught him to never leave a job if he is uncertain about his work because this will lead to an unhappy customer.

Jeromy Hurley – HVAC Service Technician

Jeromy is one solid HVAC tech who pays great attention to detail and customers needs. Don’t misunderstand his quit demeaner for a lack of attention, he gathers all the info first, processes the info and then presents repair options to consider that are customized for each home comfort system.

William Orr – HVAC Apprentice

William is willing to work on any project we give him and is quickly learning the process for HVAC installation and Home Performance repairs. His willingness to gain knowledge will be the key to his success in the HVAC industry.

Jacob Whitley – Service Plumber

Jacob Whitley is a Licensed Tradesman Plumber with 16 years of plumbing experience specializing in troubleshooting, system installations, repairs, maintenance, and plumbing upgrades. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of residential plumbing systems, helping homeowners resolve issues efficiently while improving the reliability and performance of their plumbing.

In addition to his technical expertise, Jacob is known for his strong customer service approach and commitment to helping homeowners understand the solutions that best fit their needs and budget. He takes pride in building lasting relationships with customers through honest recommendations, dependable workmanship, and clear communication.

Zach Devonshire – Plumbing Apprentice

My name is Zach. This is my second year on the Republic team and I enjoy being a key team player. I am training as one of Republic’s plumbing apprentices and look forward to advancing my career as a plumber! I was born in Fort Worth with 2 brothers and 2 sisters and moved to Midlothian years ago. I enjoy drag racing and hunting!

Dominique Williams – HVAC Service Technician

My name is Doc I’m 35, I have 2 kids, and I’ve been working in HVAC for 3 years, I’m a US Navy veteran 12 years combat doctor, my goal today is to help as many people as possible and become a triple crown winner for Republic and to serve the customer with honesty and integrity.

Kelton Starnes – Service Plumber

Hello, my name is Kelton. I have been a plumber for over 8 years and a state licensed Journeyman Plumber for just over 3 years. I was born in Dallas and currently live in Ellis county. When I’m not plumbing I pass my free time with my girlfriend Shelby or by duck hunting, fishing and BBQ tournaments. I strive to educate my customers about their plumbing system and will always provide a 5 star experience.

Louie Carpenter – HVAC Service Technician

Hello my name is Louie, I have been in the Home Services field for 12 years and working for Republic for just under 3 years now. I was born in Alaska, raised in Red Oak, TX and spent 8 years in the Marines as a small arms repair technician.
