Republic has my business for life! After 3 years of band aiding our 20 year old HVAC, our system finally crapped out for good on us. Zach came and met with us the same day our diagnostic was done to talk about a new system. He presented all of our options, pressure free, and answered all of our questions. They were even able to install our new system after just 2 days!! We appreciate the professionalism, timely service and customer service that we received from Republic. These guys are amazing! We recently had an issue with our <1yr old system that was installed by Republic. They were very attentive to our situation and Nathan spent multiple days troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue to get our ac running correctly. Extremely grateful for Nathan and the entire team at Republic. They honored their warranty without any questions asked.
As for the units, when they work, they work great! However, the communicating technology manufacturers are trying to implement, while a good thought, has been horribly implemented. After doing a little research, we aren't the only ones affected by the communicating "feature" bugs. Emailed Goodman about the issue but unsurprisingly, haven't heard back. This did not at all affect my rating for Republic though. They didn't cause the issue but did everything to take care of us until it was "fixed".

Today Nathan and Zach replaced my A/C unit. They were at the property on time and demonstrated their professionalism and skill throughout the process. Both were courteous and willing to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions I had. Those guys are great!
Since I initiated the first emergency call over the 4th of July weekend when I had A/C problems and Zach Thomas arrived and repaired my unit, every single employee I have dealt with including Nikki, Stacy, Zach Thomas, Nathan and Zach #2 have been awesome.
All I can say is Republic must have a great work culture! I know they have great employees! Even though replacing an A/C unit is expensive, working with Republic and their team has made me feel confident in my choice and I would highly recommend this Company to anyone.

My 14-year A/C unit finally couldn't take the Texas heat. I called Republic and they came out the next day and attempted to get the system back running, and it did, for like a day.
But the guys came back out and looked at it again and determined a new system would be best. They gave me a blower because they had a busy schedule and I was basically on a wait list. But the guys called me and scheduled my install 4 days before the actual date and did a great job installing, instructing and showing up the process.
My house is cool again, and I'm thankful for Zach and his team for handling our July meltdown (literally).
