I would like to thank Republic for their fast service and installation of my new Home Comfort system. The Crew Republic sent over were very knowledgeably, pleasant and curious. They had my Home Comfort System up and running in 6 hours and fully explained all the added benefits and value of my new Home Comfort System. Once again Republic has a very satisfied customer and I will refer them to anyone with a/c or heating needs.

Dear Nathan Orr,
I am grateful to have found Republic A/C out of Red Oak. My previous A/C company just wanted to sell me a new A/C system but Republic was able to repair it and then completely serviced it to help it last longer. Instead of spending $8,000 I only spent $650 and my A/C will last me 4-5 more years.
Now I will see Republic every year to have my A/C and heater serviced and will refer them to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks again Republic!
Testament to excellence
As a General Contractor, I have experienced many situations in the field of construction, but not too many as gratifying as the one I would like to share with whomever.
After years of patching my furnaces and condensing units with band-aids and preventive maintenance, I was thoroughly disgusted. Not only where my units outdated and inefficient, but my electric bills were also out of control.
I finally decided after discovering that my units would not comply with industry standards and
could not be serviced. I contacted a local HVAC contractor and discussed some alternatives.
The contractor was Republic Heat and Air. The owner of the company met with me at my place of business and covered all my options to maximize my needs both conservation of energy and dollar for dollar value.
After Mr. Orr explained to me about how efficient a higher seer unit would be my particular choice was (3) complete Mitsubishi Mini Split systems and (1) separate 2-ton RUUD unit for auxiliary space.
We commenced work on April 9th, 2015 tearing out my 20-year-old units and duct work to create space for new installation. I was fortunate enough to witness the transformation. Not only were they organized and proficient, but they were also spotless with demolition and installation of the new product. On April 10th they installed the rest of the equipment and finished the second day.
I hope at this point I have not been too verbose, but I am writing this testament three months after the install by Republic Heat and Air. Since then I have had nothing but comfort and compliments. My electric bills are averaging 30% less and I feel like I’m operating in a new building. In closing, I would like to say I made my choices based on long-term investment and reliability of product line. I cannot explain to you how satisfied I am with Republic Heat and Air and its employees and customer service.

On August 21, 2012, you and your new crew replaced the duct work, controls, ect for our five-ton HVAC system. On August 22, 2012, the City of Richardson inspected your work for compliance.
The inspector was amazed at the high degree of quality workmanship. He said to my wife he does not see this level of quality workmanship in renovations or even new construction. He specifically mentioned the ties you used in the work and everything being tightened down as you would expect. He stated he does this every day and usually has to red flag the work at least once. He was truly delighted to see the quality of your work in our home.
I wish to thank you for correcting our HVAC system, which three other firms could not accomplish. It is a pleasure to have become acquainted with you and your firm and we look forward to a long relationship in the future.

I want to thank you for your prompt service you provided to PTMW and our customer on the Bard HVAC units that were tripping out on high head pressure along the railroad line. Your cooperation on doing the service calls and then installing the replacement protective shrouds was greatly appreciated.

Republic was awesome from the start. They communicated the time to me when they were on the way and even when they arrived. they took the time to wear shoe covers in my home and communicated to me what steps they were taking along the way as they installed my AWESOME new AMANA system. They cleaned up their work and even hauled off some scrap I had laying at the curb that the trash guys missed. the entire crew from the owner to the installers were graceful and courteous the entire time they were in my home. would recommend them to anyone and everyone! The owner, Nathan, took the time to actually measure the needs of my house instead of just replacing my old system. that really impressed me and addressed some hot spots in my house. awesome company from the ladies in the office communicating with me, to the techs and installers who did the work, to the owner who took the time to make sure this job was done right. this was a huge investment for me, so that meant a lot to me. Great Job Republic Heating and Air!
Great company & professional staff
Nathan, the owner and his team came out to install a complete new system in our home. Trust me when I say we talked to several companies & took several bids. We went with Republic Air, one because we love to support our local businesses and two they were very professional. The professionalism really showed through the minute they walked through the door and started working. I have never had an owner show up & work like Nathan did and show such compassion for his staff. He had some new employees and Nathan showed & talked them through every step with such calmness in his voice and care like no other I've seen or heard.
THANY YOU for everything you've done for me and my family. You installed a new unit back in April 2018. Shortly after I called regarding the loud sound my outside unit was making. After coming out here several times for the required maintenance, your team found it unacceptable with how loud the outside unit was. Here we are in 2020 you continued the fight for me and got the manufacturer to replace the outside unit. After the second outside unit was louder than the first one you all fought for us yet again. This time we got the entire unit, indoor and out was replaced.
All of this happened because of you and I'm truly grateful and appreciate the determination to make this bad situation right for me, the customer.

Where do I begin, without you none of this wouldve happened. The tech before you told me that the noise level was normal on the outside unit but when you heard it you said there's no way that's normal. Your hardwork and dedication is why our unit was replaced today. I told my husband tonight that I hope you never leave.
Thank you for fighting for me and making a bad situation a good one. I'm truly grateful and appreciate all you've done to make this right.
