Great service
Zach was one of several salespeople that came to my home to give an estimate for a new AC and heating system. I was impressed that he took measurements and notes in order to do a semi heat analysis of my home rather than just give me an estimate based on my current system. Once he determined the system type that was recommended for my home based on the analysis, he then showed me the systems Republic Heating & Air offers and patiently answered the questions I had on each of the options. Zach encouraged me to independently research the systems offered by his company. He followed up with me and continued to answer questions before and after I selected Republic to complete the job. There was no annoying sales pressure, only sincere effort to ensure that I had the information needed to make an educated decision that was right for me. I was not only looking for a new system I was looking for a service provider for my ongoing needs, Zach won my business. In fact, if I were an employer, I would have attempted to hire him!
The day I accepted the estimate from Republic Heating & Air for a new system, Stacy called to schedule the installation and answer any additional questions, she was very friendly and helpful. To my surprise Republic was able to install the system the very next day.
Ferris called me right on time to start the installation of my new Heating and Air System. There is a considerable distance between the system and the small attic opening in my home but, they didn't let that throw them off. I was impressed at how well Ferris and Alvaro worked together to remove the old system and install the new one all in one day. A very difficult job in the small attic space. Ferris, an exceptional young man, encouraged me to ask questions about the system and addressed all of the concerns I had during the installation. All things considered, so far I'm very impressed with the people working for Republic Heating and Air and the company's customer care. Not to mention the new system has greatly improved the quality of the air in my home.
Reed was very professional and efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable as well. I have had them to my home two times now and will continue to use them if ever needed in the future.

I cannot praise Republic Heating and Air enough! We purchased a new HVAC system from them in August 2022, and we have had some control board issues since November '22, they've had to come out and replace it 3 times!
We had another issue this past week, Feb '23, and the tech was like, why don't we just replace your whole outside Unti? Clearly replacing the control board isn't fixing what needs to be fixed. Republic came out the NEXT DAY to replace it, still under warranty so it didn't cost us anything. Ferris did a great job of explaining everything he did with the installation.
We've felt like we've been a pain in Republic's side because we've had to have multiple parts replaced but the girls in the phones have always been incredibly pleasant to converse with, and I'm so happy that they have 24 hour service too. If anyone ever needs a referral, I'm happy to you to Republic Heating and Air!
Reed went above and beyond. He answered all my questions and took time to show and explain the work he was doing, never making it as though I was a bother. He even moved a shelving unit from the attic to garage for me. Stellar service!
