Customer Service Representative
Republic is looking to add to our growing team of servant minded, ambitious and excited to make someone’s day CSRs! We need someone who can put the customers concerns and needs above everything else going on. Who can make customers see their smile through the phone and end every customer experience with a 5-star review.
What will you do:
- Scheduling calls in software program
- Researching information in software to support customer service and technicians
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up happy calls/customer survey
- Answer customer questions
- Follow up on open estimates with customers
- Software and Sales Coaching provided monthly
