Nathan Orr – Owner

Nathan was born in Lancaster, TX and has been in the HVAC industry for 26 years working as an HVAC installer, Service Technician, and Service Manager until he opened Republic Heating and Air Conditioning 15 years ago. His experience and industry accolades include TACL, Amana, Trane, Carrier, and Ruud certifications. Nathan currently lives in Red Oak, TX with his wife Candice and when he is not making sure your home is the perfect temperature he is restoring old cars, playing soccer or spending time with his 2 grown children Olivia and William.

Angie – Human Resource Director

Angie started her career in Human Resources right here at Republic Heating and Air Conditioning 15 years ago! She lives in Ovilla, TX with her boyfriend and spends her spare time with her friends and family.

Stacy – Office Manager

Stacy was born in Dallas and raised in Waxahachie, TX area for 37 years. She brings over 20 years HVAC experience to Republic Heating and Air Conditioning along with a certificate in Business Administration. When she is not working she loves spending time with her husband and 2 children Jeremiah and McKayla.

Ferris – HVAC Service Technician

Ferris was born in Ferris, TX! He now lives in Waxahachie, TX and has been an Air Conditioning Installation Technician for 7 years and when he is not keeping Texas cool he enjoys racing and working on dirt bikes.

Austen – HVAC Service Technician

Austen is currently a HVAC Service Technician with Republic Heating and Air Conditioning. He has worked in the home services industry previously as an HVAC installation Technician. Austen currently holds his Texas Technician License and Universal EPA certification. When he is not working he likes to dance, play ultimate frisbee and loves hanging out with his german shepherd mix, Ellie.

Reed – HVAC Service Technician

Reed is new to Waxahachie and new to Texas in general. A recent addition to the Republic team and the Lone Star State in 2022, he likes to skateboard in his downtime.

Randy – HVAC Service Technician

Randy is a native Texan and has lived in the Midlothian area for over 20 years. In the HVAC industry for over a decade he has a varied list of credentials including TDLR contracting license, HVAC certification and even his CDL! When he is not working he likes all things Texas such as hunting, fishing, biking, and building classic cars.

Alvaro – HVAC Service Technician

Alvaro was born and raised in Waxahachie where he still lives today! When he is not installing HVAC systems he spends much of his time at the gym or playing soccer.
