HVAC Technician
Republic will only be hiring the best performance-based technicians in Ellis County. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, try new things, revolutionize the customer experience, educate the homeowners about their home comfort  system, and offer multiple options for customers to consider. We are looking for a technician who wants to excel at their position and will track their metrics in order to better themselves.
- 2-5 Years HVAC experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A servant like attitude
- Homeowner education is top priority
- Understands the importance of options
- Self-motivated to be better each and everyday
- Mechanically inclined
- Understands the importance of routine maintenance and repair versus replace
What will you do:
- Perform service repair calls on residential HVAC equipment
- Perform safety inspections and performance maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
- Educate the homeowner about their home comfort system and indoor air quality
- Provide customers with multiple repair options to consider and/or set sales leads to the Comfort Advisor
- Attend weekly service meetings and training
