Through the amazing customer service provided by Stacy, who is not only professional but friendly and patient with ever changing appointments (not a single sigh...haha), and work above and beyond provided by Zach and his team, never overselling and always on time, I have found our A/C business from here on out. We recently had a heating issue during one of the coldest days of the year. Calling Republic Heating and Air I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who took down my concerns and escalated my needs promptly. I was surprised when they were able to schedule a technician call for that same day. Brice showed up earlier than expected and found our problem very quickly. While he found a part that needed replacing from an electrician, he was able to get our heating up and running that day. Brice also provided some good information and advice to help us in the future. Thank you for being so friendly, and responsive to our needs. Republic has demonstrated and earned our continued use of their services in the future and would recommend them to anyone searching for a reliable HVAC service company.
